Through the years I’ve loved being in tune with the changing phases and the powerful parallel of that ebb and flow as it resides in us as well. My spiritual practice to be in unison with nature honoring those outward cycles as they relate to my inner world. Every new moon I set intentions for the month ahead and every full moon I give gratitude for this beautiful life.
